1 – Introduction
This site is operated by Les Gardiens Ferme Alternative, a company registered in Quebec, operating under the trade name Sick & Twisted Pepper Seeds.
The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Les Gardiens Ferme Alternative / Sick & Twisted Pepper Seeds.
By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to all the conditions described below.
If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use the site.
2 – Site Usage
You agree to use our products and services lawfully and not to interfere with the proper functioning of the site.
Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or misuse will result in the immediate suspension of your access.
3 – Accuracy of Information
We do our best to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
However, errors may sometimes occur: descriptions, photos, or availability may differ from reality.
The information presented on this site serves as a general guide and should not be used as the sole basis for your purchasing or cultivation decisions.

4 – Products and Availability
Our products are available in limited quantities and may be removed from the site without prior notice.
We do our best to accurately represent colors, images, and descriptions, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen or growing conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order due to stock, logistics, or fraud prevention.
5 – Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), before taxes and shipping fees.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of order through a secure method offered on our store.
Shipping fees are added during order confirmation, with the exception of Canada where shipping is free.
We do not store any banking data.
6 – Shipping
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, time of year, and postal services.
Carriers and Tracking
Shipments are made by Canada Post or another carrier depending on the region.
A tracking number is provided when available. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are their responsibility.
Service Areas
We ship to Canada and internationally, except where law prohibits seed import.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify legality in their country.
Losses and Delays
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages after handover to the carrier.
In case of non-receipt, we will attempt to assist, but no refund is guaranteed for untracked international shipments.
7 – International Shipping
We ship to several countries, but some regions require certificates or prohibit import.
The customer must check local laws before ordering.
We do not ship to certain high-risk countries (including Mexico, Brazil).
International orders are shipped without guarantee of receipt, and customs, taxes, or confiscations are the customer’s responsibility.
No refunds in case of loss, blockage, or refusal of entry.

8 – Returns and Refunds
Returns must be authorized and made within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions:
- Unused, unopened products, in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
No refunds for:
- Opened or used seeds
- Customized products
- Losses related to germination failures or growing conditions
9 – Germination and Responsibility
Instructions are available on our site. Results vary depending on growing conditions.
We do not guarantee germination rates or final phenotype.
Seeds are intended for horticultural, educational, or experimental use.
10 – Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, photos, graphics, logos, images, descriptions)
are the exclusive property of Les Gardiens Ferme Alternative / Sick & Twisted Pepper Seeds
and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11 – Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec (Canada).
Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Arthabaska or Drummondville district.
The contractual relationship is established between the customer and Les Gardiens Ferme Alternative (Sick & Twisted Pepper Seeds).
12 – Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on this page.
Use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.
14 – Limitation of Liability
