Syzran Early

Syzran Early is a very early Russian variety from the Syzran region, renowned for its reliability in cool, short climates. The plant, with an indeterminate growth habit, is vigorous but relatively compact for a Russian variety, allowing it to produce quickly and generously from the beginning of the season. The fruits are beefsteak-type, smooth, elongated, and voluminous, with a beautiful bright pink skin. Their flesh is dense, meaty, and juicy, with very few seeds, making them excellent for salads, thick slices, or fresh preparations.
