Slivka Gurman

Slivka Gurman, which means “gourmet plum,” is a highly productive and easy-to-grow Eastern European variety. The indeterminate plant is vigorous and provides a steady harvest from mid-season until fall. The elongated plum-type fruits feature a purplish-pink skin with dark anthocyanin shoulders and fine decorative marbling. Their medium size and slender shape make them versatile in the kitchen. The flesh is dense, sweet, and slightly tart, with few seeds. Its firm texture makes it an excellent tomato for sauces, drying, or salads.
