Rainbow Jazz Heart

Rainbow Jazz Heart is a modern variety created by American breeder Fred Hempel, founder of Artisan Seeds in California. It is renowned for its spectacular colors, generous size, and superior taste quality. The plant, with indeterminate growth, is vigorous and offers a regular production of large beefsteak-shaped fruits. The fruits display a superb orange-yellow skin marbled with pink and red, with dense, juicy, and melting flesh, containing very few seeds. They can also be eaten when they are yellow with green stripes: at this early stage, their flavor is tangy and lemony, offering a completely different and very refreshing taste. At full maturity, the flavor becomes sweet, fruity, complex, with remarkable aromatic depth.
