Lucid Gem

Lucid Gem is one of the most iconic varieties created in 2016 by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms. While there is no information on the cross used, it is nevertheless appreciated for its spectacular beauty and exceptional flavor. The tomatoes display a yellow-orange skin marbled with red, often accompanied by a slight anthocyanin blush on the shoulders depending on sun exposure. This color combination creates a “gem” effect that inspired its name. Inside, the flesh is orange and red, melting, juicy, and particularly aromatic. The flavor is sweet, fruity, rich, with a superb balance between sugar and acidity. The plant is vigorous and productive, offering a regular harvest of fruits from mid-season until autumn.
