Lemon Reaper

The Lemon Reaper is an original cross between an Aji Lemon (baccatum) and a Carolina Reaper (chinense), created by Carlo Martini (Semi Strani). It was developed to add more heat and character to the aromatic Aji Lemon, while preserving its citrusy freshness. The fruits, smooth and elongated, display a beautiful golden yellow color at maturity, with a pointed and irregular shape. The Lemon Reaper offers an abundant yield of fruits with a lively and tangy flavor, revealing a fruity and citrusy profile, supported by a distinct heat, estimated between 500,000 and 1,000,000 SHU depending on cultivation conditions.
