Antep Aci Dolma

The Antep Aci Dolma is a traditional Turkish variety originating from the Gaziantep region, famous for its rich and spicy cuisine. Its name literally means “spicy pepper from Gaziantep.” It is highly valued for its sweet and fruity flavor, accompanied by a moderate and balanced heat, making it an excellent table pepper. The fruits are large, fleshy, and slightly ribbed, changing from dark green to deep red when ripe. Their thick, juicy flesh gives them a pleasant texture and an aromatic intensity reminiscent of sweet peppers, but with a slight warmth. The Antep Aci Dolma is a vigorous, stable, and very productive plant, suitable for both pot and in-ground cultivation. It offers uniform ripening and good climate tolerance.
