Blue Jolie

Blue Jolie is a modern Belgian variety resulting from an accidental cross discovered and selected by José Antoine in Liège, Belgium. The indeterminate plant is vigorous and productive, yielding numerous medium to large, fleshy fruits. The tomatoes are bicolored and highly decorative: the sun-exposed part develops a dark purple anthocyanin blush, while the rest of the fruit ripens in a palette of yellow, orange, and deep red. Inside, the flesh displays superb red and yellow marbling, dense, juicy, and particularly appealing. The flavor is sweet, juicy, and fruity, with a pleasant aromatic richness. Its melting texture and unique coloration make it an ideal variety for fresh consumption, salads, or culinary presentations where visual appeal is as important as taste.
