Long Tall Sally is a variety created in 2018 by Blane Horton in Mississippi, USA. It is recognized as one of his most beautiful selections and immediately stands out for its very tall and vigorous plant. The foliage is a very light green, giving the plant a light and bright appearance. The fruits are very large beefsteak tomatoes, easily exceeding 454 g (1 lb), featuring a unique color combination: a soft pink with coral reflections, streaked with fine golden or silver longitudinal bands, depending on the stage of maturity. It is one of the first true bicolored beefsteak tomatoes, where pink meets golden yellow in a blend of stripes, spirals, and marbling under a thin skin. The interior is entirely meaty, with very few seeds, and the flesh is rich, juicy, and melting, offering a rich taste typical of traditional large beefsteak tomatoes. Its productivity is very high, and production continues throughout the season.
