Jay’s Pink

The Jay’s Pink Purple Ghost Scorpion is a creation by Giancarlo Fadda (Fadda’s Pepper). Resulting from a cross between the Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion and the Pink Tiger, this pepper combines the typical Ghost Scorpion shape with the intense purple hues inherited from the Pink Tiger. The fruits transition from dark green to deep purple, before developing into a purplish-pink and metallic peach at maturity. Each fruit appears unique, alternating between purple and pink reflections depending on sun exposure. Behind its spectacular appearance lies a scorching heat, supported by a fruity, floral, and slightly sweet flavor. The vigorous plants, with their violet-tinged stems and foliage, produce a large quantity of fruits, making this variety an impressive and spectacular plant.
