Ushu Cream

Ushu Cream is a rare and ornamental Japanese variety, renowned for its spectacular variegated foliage, undoubtedly one of the most impressive of its kind. As it grows, it’s not uncommon for new clusters of leaves to emerge in an immaculate white, with a slightly oily texture. At its peak, the plant will display a dominance of white, offering exceptional visual contrast. The slightly twisted, upward-pointing fruits ripen from pale green to creamy white, then turn orange, finally becoming bright red when fully mature. Although small, the plant can form a compact and dense bush when well cultivated. Primarily decorative, Ushu Cream remains edible, its fruits offering a mild heat and pleasant taste that can be used in cooking.
