Black Strawberry

Black Strawberry is a modern and very colorful variety created by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms, known for his highly pigmented and unique tomatoes. The plant, with indeterminate growth, is vigorous and extremely productive, forming long clusters of small cherry tomatoes throughout the season. The fruits are superb, displaying a strawberry-red skin striped with orange, with dark purple to black shoulders thanks to anthocyanins. When ripe, the colors become deep, brilliant, and highly contrasting, making this variety one of the most spectacular in its category. The flesh is sweet, rich, fruity, with excellent aromatic complexity and a slight acidity that balances everything.
