Great White Blue

Great White Blue is a Quebec creation by breeder Stéphane Marier, owner of Solana Seeds, resulting from a cross between the famous Great White and the anthocyanin line OSU P20. The first F1 seeds were then sent to German Reinhard Kraft, who continued to cultivate and distribute the variety in Europe. It produces large beefsteak fruits, broad, fleshy, and slightly flattened, with superb dark blue-violet shoulders due to anthocyanin pigmentation. The base of the fruit remains a creamy white to pale yellow, creating a very striking visual contrast. Its flesh is sweet, juicy, and fruity, with notes reminiscent of melon and pear, typical of the best white tomatoes. The plant, with indeterminate growth, offers good and consistent productivity, especially in sunny conditions.
